How do I sign up?

  • Click on the “My Account” button or the “Sign in” button on the top right of the page;

  • On the login page click on the “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button.

  • You can fill your details on our registration page; we will need your First name, Last name and Email Address.


How do I login?

  • Click on the “My Account” button or the “Sign in” button on the top right of the page;

  • Fill your Email address or mobile number and password and click on the “Sign in” button.

  • If everything is correct you will be logged in.


If I forgot my login details?

  • If you have forgotten your password just click on the “Forgot Your Password?”.

  • It will take you to a new page where you need to enter your email to receive a password reset link.

  • Login your email and click on “Set a New Password” button to set a new password.


How do I log out of my account?

  • Click on the “Sign Out” button on the top right of the page;

  • You will be logged out.


Can I change my password and details?

  • You will need to be logged into your account.

  • Click the “My Account” on the top right.

  • You will be redirected to “My dashboard” page.

  • You will need to scroll down the page and find “Account information”.

  • In this area you can change your password, subscription to newsletter and address book.


How do I add items to my shopping cart?

  • Select the item that you wish to purchase.

  • Select the quantity that you would like to order.

  • Click the “ADD TO CART” button.


How do I change the Quantity or Remove items from my shopping cart?

  • Click the shopping cart on the top right of the page.

  • You will be taken to your shopping cart.

  • To change your quantity

    • Click on the quantity drop down list and change your quantity.

    • When it is the correct quantity, click on the update button.

    • The quantity will be then updated.

  • To remove the items for the shopping cart.

    • Click the “REMOVE ITEM”.

    • Confirm that you want to remove the item.

    • The item will be removed from your shopping cart.


How do I search for an item?

  • On the top of the page click on the “Enter keywords to search...”.

  • Type in your desired item.

  • If we have it, the item will be displayed.

  • If we can’t find what you are looking for, your search will return with no results.

  • If your desired item is not on the website, kindly contact our Customer Care Specialist so that we can assist you.

  • Is it safe?

  • Where do we deliver to

    • We deliver to most of South Africa.

    • For those hard to reach places we will do our best for the customer and keep in contact with them and make a plan.

    • We offer 24 hours delivery in South Africa.

    • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Cost

    • Charges will vary depending on the area you want the products to be delivered to.

  • How long will it take?

    • It will normally take us 5 – 10 working days to deliver the products.

    • If you live in a rural area it might take longer.

    • If you opt for 24 hours delivery, goods will be delivered within the period.

  • Can I track my order?

    • We will give you a tracking number where you can see where exactly your order is.

    • To track it on the logistic information.

  • Can I change the address of my delivery?

    • If the items have not been dispatched, we will endeavour to assist you but you would need to contact our Customer Care Specialist immediately at [email protected] or call us at +27 (11) 615 3592.


Exchange or refund for credit

  • You can find the exchange and return policy on Returns & Replacements.

  • Exchange

    • If there is a fault with the product, kindly log an exchange ticket at [email protected] and we will happily exchange the product if it complies with our exchange and return policy.

  • Refund for credit

    • If you would like to return an item for credit, you will need to log a return ticket at [email protected] and we will assess if it complies with our exchange and return policy.


Cancel an order

  • You can cancel an order if it has not been dispatched yet and we will give you credit for that item.

  • Please contact our Customer Care at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Is there a bulk discount?

  • We are selling the items at wholesale price, so we can’t give a further discount but the prices are a steal anyways.


Can we purchase just one item?

  • Although we are a wholesale company and we sell products in bulk to receive wholesale pricing, you may purchase one item, however, the price for one item will definitely be higher.
